Jennifer Kantis, Ed.D, MSN, FNP-C joined Di Pietro Health in March 2026 as our Aesthetic Specialist, bringing with her extensive experience in family practice, aesthetic medicine, and nursing education.

Jennifer earned her Advanced Practice Registered Nurse degree from Florida Atlantic University and is board-certified in Family Practice through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. She also holds a doctoral degree in Adult Education with a specialization in Healthcare from Nova Southeastern University. She has been a tenured professor at a local college since 2004, dedicating much of her career to educating and mentoring future healthcare professionals.

Jennifer has been practicing family and aesthetic medicine since 2006. She holds a certification as a Medical Aesthetic Practitioner from the Esthetic Skin Institute (ESI) where she completed advanced training in aesthetic medicine including cosmetic injectables, chemical peels, lasers, sclerotherapy, and other aesthetic treatment modalities. Jennifer currently serves as the lead instructor at ESI, reflecting both her depth of expertise and her leadership in aesthetic medicine.

Her unique combination of clinical experience, aesthetic skill, and passion for education allows her to provide thoughtful, personalized care with a strong emphasis on safety, precision, and natural-looking results.

At Di Pietro Health, Dr. Kantis offers a range of advanced aesthetic services, including facial balancing, microneedling, hyaluronic acid fillers, biostimulatory fillers such as Radiesse, Dysport, Botox, EZGel, and PRP/PRF treatments. Through her expertise and collaborative approach, she helps patients achieve natural, refined, and confidence-enhancing results.

Karina is the welcoming presence at Di Pietro Health and often the first smiling face patients see when they arrive. As our Operations Manager, certified medical assistant, and skilled phlebotomist, she plays an integral role in the daily flow of the practice, helping create the calm, personalized, and attentive experience that defines our care. She is often the steady presence who keeps both patients and the team grounded, ensuring that each day runs smoothly with warmth and grace.

Karina brings a truly unique dimension to her role through her holistic training and calming presence. She is certified in sound healing and Vedic Thai yoga, which is why we lovingly refer to her as our “holistic healer.” Her approach, however, is always thoughtful and balanced—blending intuition and compassion with a practical understanding of patient care. She is just as quick to recommend evidence-based treatment and medication when needed, making her an invaluable bridge between wellness and medicine.

Her warmth, professionalism, and natural ability to put people at ease make her a beloved part of the Di Pietro Health experience.

William Roller, MSN, RN, CEN, is a board-certified emergency nurse with a Master of Science in Nursing Education. His diverse background in emergency and concierge nursing, nursing education, and preventive wellness. In addition to his role at Di Pietro Health, he currently practices as an Emergency Nurse and Assistant Professor of undergraduate nursing at a local college. He brings years of nursing and medical experience to Di Pietro Health and strengthens our commitment to exceptional patient care through clinical excellence, education, and personalized concierge services.

Caitlin believes that exceptional skincare is about more than treatments—it’s about helping people feel confident in their own skin. With more than a decade of experience in medical aesthetics, Caitlin has built a reputation for combining advanced clinical expertise with a warm, personalized approach to patient care. Every treatment is thoughtfully tailored, recognizing that no two clients or skin concerns are the same. She is extensively trained in a wide range of medical- grade aesthetic procedures, including skin rejuvenation, microneedling, HydraFacial, chemical peels, advanced dermaplaning, and other results-driven therapies. Her specialties include anti-aging treatments, acne correction, hyperpigmentation, skin tightening, and overall skin health, creating customized treatment plans designed to deliver natural, lasting results. Passionate about education and innovation, Caitlin continually advances her training to stay at the forefront of the ever-evolving aesthetics industry. She is committed to providing the safest, most effective treatments using evidence-based techniques and the latest technologies.

Michael brings more than 42 years of clinical experience in cardiology and cardiovascular imaging to Di Pietro Health. His career began in New York, where an early and deeply personal loss inspired a lifelong commitment to understanding heart disease and caring for cardiac patients.

He first entered the field as an EKG technician while in college, later completing ultrasound training and an externship at Mount Sinai Hospital in New York City. He went on to build his career at leading institutions in New York before relocating to South Florida in 1996, where he advanced into leadership roles in EKG, echocardiography, and cardiology services.

His confidence, experience, and commitment to obtaining high-quality images have made him a trusted and highly valued part of the team at Di Pietro Health.

Jennifer brings more than 23 years of experience as an ultrasound sonographer with specialized expertise in general and vascular imaging. At Di Pietro Health, she is known for combining clinical precision with a calm, compassionate presence that helps patients feel at ease throughout their experience.

She understands that an ultrasound is often performed during an important moment in a patient’s health journey, and she approaches each study with both technical excellence and thoughtful attention to patient comfort. Her goal is always to ensure that every individual feels welcomed, supported, and cared for from start to finish.

Jennifer’s ability to balance expertise with empathy makes her a valued part of the Di Pietro Health team and an important contributor to the personalized, high-touch care our practice is known for.
